Is the free trial really free?
Yes. You can register and start a 7-day trial without being charged up front. It’s designed to let you try the platform properly before deciding whether to upgrade.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your trial ends, you can choose to upgrade to Standard or Professional to continue using paid workspace features. If you don’t upgrade, you’ll remain on the free Community level.
What is the difference between Standard and Professional?
Standard is designed for solo users and smaller setups, with full workspace access and up to 10 AI-generated project drafts per month. Professional is for heavier use, with unlimited AI generation and stronger team collaboration features.
Is annual billing available?
Not yet. Shape Workspace is currently available on monthly pricing while the product continues through testing and early rollout.
Do you offer Enterprise licensing?
